On September 27, 2009, EP Venture held the “Above Challenge” Triathlon Race at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, which raised over one hundred and twenty thousand Hong Kong dollars for the Hong Kong Legend Foundation of Hong Kong Red Cross Special Education and Rehabilitation Service.

On December 5th of this year, “Above Challenge” is going to host a new event, City Orienteering–namely City Chaser–with Raleigh Hong Kong to raise funds for Raleigh Hong Kong and Project Unleash, and to raise awareness of inclusion in the community.

1. To promote the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and social inclusion in the community
2. To spread the mission of Asian Games Guangzhou 2010 of “Thrilling Games, Harmonious Asia”, and advocate the spirit of Sportsmanship
3. To foster collaborative efforts to developing an active and enthusiastic network that sustains integral values in society
4. To instill the concept of Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability (LOHAS) in younger generations through the checkpoint challenges
5. To raise funds for Raleigh Hong Kong and Project Unleash

Raleigh Hong Kong
All donations from the event will be used to support Hong Kong youth to participate in local and overseas projects organized by Raleigh. They cover a range of community, environmental conservation, scientific researches, and adventure projects.

Project Unleash
Funds raised through “Above Challenge City Chaser” will be devoted to sustaining this project that provides training and placement opportunities for physically challenged youth.
